In Public Relations you can choose. You have a choice of what type of career you want in Public Relations. You may want to go into the agency field. The agency field can range from working at a modeling agency to working at an entertainment agency. If you are someone who enjoys politics, maybe working for the federal government is a good choice for you. If the corporate world captivates you, than maybe you might consider working in the corporate field. If you are someone who has a desire to help others, than maybe non-for-profit is the right choice for you.
In the end you can choose which direction best fits you. You can even try working in all of them. In Public Relations you are taught the essential skills to succeed in all these areas.
